Are you open on Sundays?
Yes we’re open everyday 10am-6pm

Are Dogs allowed in the gallery?
Yes we love all furry friends as long as they are well behaved and appreciate good art!

Is there parking nearby?
There is ample parking situated all throughout the harbour area.

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, we are based on the ground floor of the building with no steps and have double doors at the entrance.

Do you have toilets on site?
Yes but these are only for our staff or in case of emergencies, there are public facilities on both sides of the harbour only a few minutes walk.

Do you deliver artwork?
Yes we can deliver artwork throughout the UK and worldwide, prices do vary depending on artwork size and value.

How does the artwork arrive?
We take great care in wrapping artwork securely and carefully for delivery. Edges are wrapped in foam, front and back covered in card and securely fastened all tightly surrounded by recyclable plastic packaging. We use a select variety of trusted couriers.

My artwork has arrived damaged what should I do?
We take every care possible to wrap artwork securely, however in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged please contact us as soon as you can with photos where possible, so we can assess the damage and repair or replace depending on the situation.

Duties and Taxes?
If you live outside the UK, you may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Magenta Fine Art unfortunately has no control over this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
