Today marks J.M.W Turner's birthday!

So we're celebrating with one of our best selling contemporary abstract artists- Simon Kenny- hailed as a ‘radical Turner’ for his ‘colour burst’ paintings, Simon is renowned for his vibrant, expressive style.

Thank you Turner for paving the way - steering from traditional, detailed landscapes toward hazy, and near-abstract scenes of light and atmosphere, an unconventional vision mocked by his peers... that paved the way for generations to come!

Our squishy big blue chair makes this corner of the gallery a particularly good spot to sit and take in the artwork.

It doesn't hurt that it also beautifully compliments our serene original painting by Lomar that's sitting behind it, alongside a couple of our Tom Butler editions.
