$✨ Celebrating Pop artist Robert Indiana ✨ This Saturday, September 13th, would have been the birthday of the great American Pop artist Robert Indiana (1928–2018) – best known for his bold, iconic LOVE sculptures and paintings. His work has inspired generations of artists across the globe, redefining how simple words can carry powerful emotion and universal meaning. That influence shines through in the work of Doug Hyde, whose joyful 'Pieces of Love' collection pays direct tribute to Indiana’s legacy. From the Original Artwork 'All You Need is...' to the vibrant blue Home in 'Happy at Home' (£695), the playful red Love in 'Happy in Love' (£695), and the framed limited edition 'Home Sweet Home' (£795), Hyde’s smiling characters bring warmth, family and friendship into Indiana’s timeless visual language. And what better day to host our Doug Hyde artist event! 🥂 Doug will be here in the Ilfracombe gallery this Saturday, 1–3pm, for a special meet and greet.
